We grow on approximately 4 leased acres, and tend to an orchard comprised of apples, peaches, and pears.Our focus is mixed vegetable production for both fresh sale and for production of our raw fermented foods in our commercial kitchen. Situated just outside of Lillooet, with hot dry summers we grow a wide variety of heirloom field tomatoes, and field peppers, as well as melons, garlic, corn, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, and more. when we are not in the field, we are busy producing our many varieties of raw fermented sauerkrauts, lacto fermented dill pickles, fermented chile sauces and more all made with our produce fresh from our farm!
We strive to use the most ecologically regenerative farming practices. We only use organic matter such as hay mulch, and wood chips as inputs to increase organic matter, biological, and mycological activity in our soil. We use cover crops and limited tillage to preserve and enhance the integrity of our precious topsoil.
